A Browser that is 200% faster than Crome

Readers of this august website may recall that a year ago, I lauded Firefox and its progress toward becoming a genuine alternative to Google’s dominant Chrome browser. As much as I liked where Firefox was going, however, I couldn’t stick with it over the long term. It wasn’t compatible with everything the way Chrome was, its extensions were different, and, for my way of using a browser, it was slower and less responsive. So I returned to Chrome after a few weeks of Firefox, but the urge to decouple my browsing habits from Google remained.

Who is Faster

The speed factor may be subject to the quality of the internet and a user’s connectivity status, but several verified speed tests have favored the Brave browser. The speed advantage posted by Brave is due to the browser’s auto ad blocking system. The CNN page was used for the speed test, and the result revealed that Brave has been 3x faster than Google Chrome loading in just 02.55 seconds compared to Chrome’s 06.80 seconds.

Ads and Ad Blocking

The brave’s Browser has a built-in ad block that blocks all of the ads even all the trackers like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics. If you don’t like the ads you’re pretty safe with Brave. It’s also FREE.But keep in my mind more and more agencies and companies use content as advertising, so just because Forbes, CBS News or Buzzfeed has a post about Why Apple is better than Microsoft doesn’t mean it’s not an ad. They are all sellouts. If you have a couple of hundreds or thousands (depending on the website) you can buy a post about your business or whatever. That’s how it works.

Which is Safer and Secure

The security feature that makes Brave browser relatively secure isn’t only its ad blocking; it also has HTTPs everywhere. The browser doesn’t require a 3rd party extension to provide browsing security. Unlike Chrome where mega advertisers like Facebook and Google use third-party cookies to track your activities on several websites, Brave limits the data accessible to Google, Facebook, and other ad networks.
